Hệ thống lấy mẫu bụi ống khói M5-S1-MV theo phương pháp đẳng động học (Isokinetic) theo phương pháp 5
Hệ thống bao gồm: Bộ giao diện điều khiển lấy mẫu với bơm, bộ tráp đựng (Smaple case)
, hộp đựng ống impinger, bộ đầu cảm biến bằng thép không gỉ, bộ vòi (Nozzle)
Cáp kết nối, bộ đệm Adapter, phần mềm tính toán,..
Thành phần hạt (PM Particulate Matter) đại diện được lấy từ ống khói theo phương pháp lấy mẫu
đẳng học, các hạt bụi có trong không khí sẽ được thu trên giấy lọc sợi thủy tinh (Glass firber filter)
và được duy trì tại nhiệt độ 120 +/-14 độ C
Các hạt bụi PM bao gồm các vật liệu khác được tích tụ trên bộ lọc chịu nhiệt độ, sẽ được
xác định trọng lượng sau khi loại bỏ ẩm nước.

Phương pháp lấy mẫu đẳng động lực (ISOKINETIC)
Là quá trình lấy mẫu sao cho vận tốc hút tại đầu lấy mẫu (Vn) bằng vận tốc dòng khí (Vs) trong điều kiện không bị xáo trộn (Vn=Vs). Điều này làm tăng độ chính xác và độ tin cậy của kết quả.
Phương pháp lấy mẫu bụi đẳng động lực ứng dụng cho các đối tượng ở pha rắn và pha khí như bụi, bụi kim loại, dioxin/furan, hợp chất bán bay hơi (SVOC) và các khí khác.. trong khí thải
Đây là phương pháp có độ chính xác cao.
Trong suốt quá trình lấy mẫu có thể kiểm soát được các điều kiện lấy mẫu.
Phương pháp này yêu cầu các điều kiện như: Chọn vị trí lấy mẫu có tính đại diện, phải có lỗ lấy mẫu đảm bảo kỹ thuật tại vị trí được chọn.
